SelfMade Health Network “Healthier Nation” Fact Sheets can be used while developing or enhancing partnerships with Chambers of Commerce, businesses, labor unions, small business associations, and minority-owned businesses, as well as other major stakeholders committed to reducing committed to improving cancer health equity among blue-collar workers in all industries nationwide. These three fact sheets -- Business; Labor; and Small Business/Minority-Owned Business -- can also be utilized to support your state and county strategic planning efforts, development or revision of your state cancer and other chronic disease plans/reports, as well as health equity plans impacting low-income populations and other populations with low socioeconomic status (SES) characteristics.
